- Product designs and features may change at any time according to the manufacturer's policy.
- Ordering & Payment
- Full payment is required before delivery and installation.
- Available payment methods: Bank Transfer, QRIS, Credit Card, Debit Card, and Cash.
- Delivery & Installation
- Delivery is made according to the agreed schedule after payment is received.
- Installation is only carried out by official Wells Lifestyle technicians.
- Warranty
- All products come with an official Wells warranty.
- Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase and are not valid if the damage is caused by user error.
- Limitation of Liability
Wells Lifestyle is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profit, or operational disruptions resulting from the use of the product.
