- Product Returns
- Returns can only be made within 7 calendar days from the installation date.
- Products eligible for return are those sent in error or with manufacturing defects.
- Return Conditions
- Products must be in original condition, unused, and complete with packaging and accessories.
- Include proof of purchase and photo/video of the product condition when submitting.
- Refund Process
- After the product is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment account.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
- Non-Returnable Products
- Products that have been installed and used without complaints of damage.
- Promotional products or products with special prices that have been declared non-refundable.
