PT Sejahtera Aura Internasional ("Wells Lifestyle") is committed to providing the best service. Here is our return and refund policy:

1. Product Returns
   • Returns can only be made within 7 calendar days from the installation date.
   • Products eligible for return are those sent in error or with manufacturing defects.
2. Return Conditions
   • Products must be in original condition, unused, and complete with packaging and accessories.
   • Include proof of purchase and photo/video of the product condition when submitting.
3. Refund Process
   • After the product is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment account.
   • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
4. Non-Returnable Products
   • Products that have been installed and used without complaints of damage.
   • Promotional products or products with special prices that have been declared non-refundable.
